If you prefer to do things from the comfort of your own home, need the flexibility of working remotely, or are unable to travel to sessions due to distance, I offer one to one 60-minute secure online counselling sessions. You just need a smart phone, tablet or laptop, a reliable internet connection, and no interruptions.
Block Bookings:
Block bookings are available on request, and this is usually done in blocks of six.

Walk and Talk Therapy offers all the benefits of traditional talking therapy with the added restorative benefits of being out in nature. Instead of sitting within the confines of an indoor space, we will meet at a pre-agreed location and time, and explore what is going on for you as we walk.
There are many healing benefits to being outdoors from helping to reduce stress, anxiety and depression, to grounding us in the present moment, allowing us to become more aware of our thoughts and feelings. The physical act of walking can help to release tension held in your body, which can help with expressing challenging emotions or processing messy thoughts, and connecting to the natural surroundings can serve as a powerful metaphor and help you to gain new perspectives and insights into your problems.
