In-person or Online Sessions

If you are not sure whether I am the right counsellor for you, I offer a free 15-minute discovery call to give you a better sense of who I am before meeting with me, and for you to give me a sense of what you are looking to get out of counselling.

If you prefer to meet in-person, I offer one to one 60-minute counselling sessions at the Elgin Counselling Centre, where you can talk through what is on your mind in a safe, confidential, and supportive space.

If you prefer to do things from the comfort of your own home, I offer one to one 60-minute secure online counselling sessions. You just need a smart phone, tablet or laptop, a reliable internet connection, and no interruptions.

Fee: £40.00

If you find being out in nature a calming experience and the thought of sitting opposite someone you don't yet know feels too daunting a prospect, perhaps meeting with me in a natural setting, at a pre-agreed location, for a walk and talk counselling session might appeal more to you. We will start and end the session in the same place and walk for 60 minutes at a pace you feel comfortable with.
