In-person or Online Sessions

If you are not sure whether I am the right counsellor for you, I offer a free 15-minute discovery call to give you a better sense of who I am before meeting with me, and for you to give me a sense of what you are looking to get out of counselling.

If you prefer to meet in-person, I offer one to one 60-minute counselling sessions at the Elgin Counselling Centre, where you can talk through what is on your mind in a safe, confidential, and supportive space.

If you prefer to do things from the comfort of your own home, I offer one to one 60-minute secure online counselling sessions. You just need a smart phone, tablet or laptop, a reliable internet connection, and no interruptions.
