Frequently Asked Questions

 Your sessions are not limited to a specific number. This means that you get to decide when you are ready to have your final session with me. 


If you are unable to make your session, I require at least 24 hours’ notice prior to cancellation as this allows me to book in another client who may be waiting.


I can be contacted via text or e-mail to let me know you are no longer attending. If 24 hours’ notice is not given, you will be charged the full fee for your missed session. Similarly, if you fail to arrive at your appointment and give no prior notice that you are not attending, the full fee applies.



In the event I cannot make your session, I will aim to give you as much notice as possible prior to cancelling, and you will be refunded the full fee for your missed appointment if it has been paid for. In the event I take planned time away from your sessions, I will give you advance notice of this so that we have time to talk through any concerns if there are any. 


Sessions must be paid for via bank transfer 24 hours prior to your session to secure your appointment.


Sessions are by appointment only and will take place between the hours of 09:30 and 14:00.
